Peaceful sleep in a cozy room!
We offer 1-3 persons bedrooms, each equipped with TV, fridge, shower/toilet and a view of the lake. Two of our eight rooms have small kitchenettes. We also have a pet room.
During your stay you are welcome to use the common area situated in the accommodation building. A row boat, canoe, bicycles and games are also available to you. If you’d like to explore Finnish nature and the local cultural heritage you can do so along a nature trail (2,5 km). You can also explore the forest inhabited by fairytale creatures.
A sauna on the lake shore is available to our guests.
X-mas
A traditional Finnish Christmas
We offer a 4 day program, based on the traditional countryside Chistmas celebrations.
This includes a mix of Christmas activities like baking of cookies, cutting the Christmas tree from the forest, the Christmas party and the traditional Finnish Christmas dinner.

Our location
Surroundings
The Telkkämäki museum farm is the oldest remaining farm in Finland where the slash and burn culture is still practiced. Interior and exterior of the farmhouses still remain in the original style. In summertime guided tours are available.
The Vaikkojoki river is around 50 km in length. The route comprises around forty sections of rapids and fast flowing water. The whirls of water through the rapids provide great sport for the canoe enthusiast. Local businesses also organize descents of the rapids by boat.
